VirgilHR values your feedback! You can share your thoughts on existing features or request new ones directly in the Product Support section.

How to Share Feedback

  1. Hover over the left navigation menu and click the Product Support tab.
  2. Click Product Feedback to open the feedback modal.
  3. Enter your feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improving the platform.
    • If requesting a new feature, describe its purpose and how it would benefit users.
  4. If you’d like to be contacted about your feedback, check the box labeled “VirgilHR can contact me about this feedback”.
  5. Click Submit to send your feedback to the VirgilHR team.
