Where Can I Learn How to Use VirgilHR Features?

VirgilHR provides interactive walkthroughs to help you learn how to use different features effectively. You can access these walkthroughs during your first login or anytime from the Home page.

View Interactive Walkthrough - First Launch

  1. Navigate to VirgilHR Member Portal and log in to your account.
  2. Upon logging in for the first time, a welcome pop-up will appear.
  3. Click Start a Quick Tour to begin the walkthrough.
  4. You will be zoomed into the list of features available on the Home page, with an option to select a specific feature to explore.
  5. Click Show Me How next to the feature you want to learn about to start the walkthrough.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed through each step.

📌 A progress pop-up will show your status in the walkthrough.

If you skip or exit the walkthrough, the system will automatically guide you through unused features the first time you access them.







View Interactive Walkthrough - Home Page

  1. Navigate to the Home page.
  2. Locate the “Here’s how to make the most of VirgilHR” section on the dashboard under your team’s profile information.
  3. If the list of features is hidden, click the Expand icon.
  4. Select the feature you'd like to explore.
  5. Click Show Me How to the right of the feature to begin the walkthrough.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed through each step.

📌 A progress pop-up will appear, showing your current status in the walkthrough.
📌 You can skip the walkthrough or any of its steps by clicking Do It Later or Skip.



Hide, Expand, or Disable/Enable Interactive Walkthrough

Hide or Expand the Walkthrough List

  • Click the Collapse button in the top-right corner to hide the walkthrough list.
  • Click the Expand button in the top-right corner to show the walkthrough list again.

Disable or Enable Walkthroughs

  • To disable walkthroughs permanently, select Don’t Show This Again in the top-right corner.
  • To enable walkthroughs again, click the Roadmap icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Skipped a walkthrough but want to restart it? Follow the steps under View Interactive Walkthrough - Home Page to access it anytime.

  • Can’t find the walkthrough section? Make sure the Here’s how to make the most of VirgilHR section is expanded.
