Report a Technical Issue

If you're experiencing a technical issue with VirgilHR, you can report it directly through the Product Support section within the VirgilHR Member Portal, or you can submit a ticket to the Support Team here.

How to Report a Technical Issue within VirgilHR Member Portal

  1. Hover over the left navigation menu and click the Product Support tab.
  2. Click Help to open the Share Your Thoughts modal.
  3. In the form, describe your issue or concern in detail.
    • Include any relevant details, such as steps to reproduce the problem.
    • If applicable, attach screenshots to provide additional context.
  4. Click Send to submit your request to the support team.
