What Are the Different User Roles and Permissions on the Portal?
VirgilHR provides role-based access control to ensure users have the appropriate permissions based on their responsibilities.
Roles & Permissions Overview
👑 Owner
- The account owner who has full administrative control.
- Only the Owner can manage subscriptions (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel).
- Has access to all portal features and data.
⚙️ Admin
- Has access to all features and settings, except for subscription management.
- Can modify account settings, invite team members, and manage organization-wide preferences.
👥 Supervisor
- Can view and manage all content within the organization.
- Has access to all chats, handbooks, and resources created by any team member.
- Cannot modify account settings or subscriptions.
👤 User

Why can’t I see certain content?
- If you’re a User, you can only see content you created.
- If you need broader access, ask your Admin or Owner to change your role.
