Can I Export the Handbook as a Word or PDF File?

Yes, you can export your handbook as a Word document. Follow the steps below to download a completed handbook.

Download a Handbook

  1. Hover over the left navigation menu and click the Handbook tab to access the Handbook Builder page.
  2. Locate the completed handbook you want to download from the list.
    📌 Handbook management features will not be accessible if your handbook was not completed properly. Ensure that all steps in the handbook creation process are fully completed before attempting to download it.
  3. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the handbook card.
  4. Click Download to export the handbook as a Word document.
  5. Alternatively, if you are viewing the handbook, click the Download button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Troubleshooting & Additional Help

  • Want to download the handbook in PDF format? Currently, the handbook is only available for download as a Word document. You can convert it to PDF using a document editor such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

  • Not seeing the Download option? Ensure that your handbook has been fully completed. Incomplete handbooks cannot be downloaded.
