How Do I Easily Find What I’m Looking For?

VirgilHR’s global search feature helps you quickly locate information, including past actions, resources, chats, and legal FAQs.

Using the Search Feature

  1. Click the Search icon in the top-right corner of any page on the portal.
  2. Alternatively, press CTRL + K on your keyboard to open the search bar.
  3. A search window will pop up, allowing you to search across the entire portal, including:
    • Chats
    • Resources
    • Legal FAQs
    • Tasks
    • Announcements
    • Other portal content
  4. Type a keyword or phrase related to what you're looking for.
  5. Press Enter or click the Search icon to display relevant results.
  6. Browse the search results and click on an item to open it and take further action.

  • Too many results? Use more specific keywords or phrases to narrow down your search.

  • Not finding what you need? Double-check spelling or try alternative search terms.
