Accessing ClearCompIQ

1. Log in to your VirgilHR member portal.
2. Navigate to ClearCompIQ under HR Tools.
3. Click Compare Salaries:
  1. If logged in within the last 30 minutes, you’ll go directly to PayScale.
  2. If your session expired, you’ll be prompted to log in again.
4. First-time users complete a short form to create a PayScale account linked to your email.
