How Can I Easily Find an Old Chat?

You can quickly locate past chatbot conversations using the search function or by adding labels to organize your chats.

Searching for a Chat

1. Hover over the left navigation menu to reveal the options.
2. Click the Chatbot tab.
3. Click the Search icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Use the following methods to find your chat:
   • Filter by Chat Status: Select from the tabs at the top of the section:
     • All Chats – View all past chats.
     • Open – Ongoing chats that require further action.
     • Completed – Chats that have been marked as complete.
     • Closed – Chats that are finalized and archived.
   • Search by Keyword: Type a keyword in the search bar to find chats with that word in their title.

Adding Labels to Organize Chats

You can add labels to chats to make them easier to find later.

How to Add a Chat Label

1. Hover over the left navigation menu to reveal the options.
2. Click the Chatbot tab.
3. Open the chat you want to label.
4. Click Add Label in the top-right corner of the Chat section.
5. Choose one of the following:
   • Create a New Label: Click New Label, select a tag color, enter a name, and click Create & Add Label.
   • Use an Existing Label: Select a label from the list.

📌 Labels allow for better organization and quick retrieval of important chats.
