How Do I Easily Find a Handbook?

In the Handbook section, you can use the search, filter, and sort features to quickly locate a specific handbook.

Accessing the Handbook List

  1. Hover over the left navigation menu to reveal the options.
  2. Click the Handbook tab.
  3. You will be directed to the Handbook Builder page, which displays a list of all handbooks created by you and your team.
  4. Handbooks are sorted by date, with the most recently created handbook appearing at the top of the list.
  5. Scroll down the page to view all available handbooks.
  6. Click View next to the handbook you would like to view.
📌 The View button will not be accessible if your handbook was not completed properly. Ensure that all steps in the handbook creation process are fully completed before attempting to view it.

Searching for a Handbook

  1. Locate the Search for a Handbook bar in the top right corner of the Handbook Builder page.
  2. Type the relevant keyword(s) related to the handbook you want to find.
  3. Click the Search Icon to execute the search.
  4. The list will update to display only the handbooks that match your search criteria.


Filtering Handbooks by Creator

  1. Locate the Created By filter option in the top right corner of the page and click on it.
  2. To filter by specific users:
    • Tick the checkbox next to the name(s) of the user(s) whose handbooks you want to view.
    • Untick the checkbox to deselect a user.
  3. Click Apply to save your selections and filter the displayed handbooks.
  4. The list of handbooks will automatically update based on the selected filtering option.


Sorting Handbooks

  1. Locate the Sort dropdown menu in the top right corner next to the Created By filter.
  2. Click the dropdown and select your preferred sorting option:
    • Date Created
    • Date Updated
    • Handbook Name
  3. The list will automatically update based on the selected sorting option.

Troubleshooting & Additional Help

  • Not finding a handbook you know exists?

    • Double-check the spelling of the search term in the Search for a Handbook bar.
    • Ensure the correct filter settings are applied under Created By.
    • If sorting by Date Updated, check if another user has recently modified a different handbook, shifting your handbook down the list.
  • Accidentally removed a handbook? Handbooks cannot be restored after deletion. Ensure you have the latest backup before removing a handbook.
