VirgilHR provides a Compliance Calendar that helps you stay informed about upcoming legal changes affecting your business. You can access these updates on the Home page or in the Inbox section.

Viewing Recent & Upcoming Legal Updates

1. Navigate to the Home page.
2. Locate the Compliance Calendar in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. View the list of recent and upcoming legal updates displayed beneath the search bar.

Each update includes the following details:

• Effective Date – When the update goes into effect.
• Title – A brief description of the legal change.
• Location – The jurisdiction where the update applies.
• Color Indicators:
  • Green – Highlights upcoming updates.
  • Grey – Indicates past updates that have already gone into effect.
    

Searching for Legal Updates

1. Navigate to the Home page.
2. Locate the Search for a Legal Update bar at the top of the Compliance Calendar section.
3. Enter keywords related to the legal update you're looking for.
4. Click the Search icon to display relevant results.
