When creating a handbook in VirgilHR, you do not need to manually select policies if you choose to download a pre-generated handbook.
- Pre-Generated Handbook: If you opt for this method, your handbook will automatically include all mandatory policies required for your company.
- Creating from Scratch or Uploading a Handbook: If you choose either of these methods, you will need to review and select policies manually to ensure compliance with company and state requirements.
