How Do I Transfer Account Ownership?
If you need to transfer account ownership to another team member, you can do so in the Manage Your Team section. This process ensures that the new owner has full control over the account.
How to Transfer Account Ownership
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home page.
- Navigate to the Manage Your Team section under the Organization tab.
- Locate the team member who should become the new owner.
- Click the Role dropdown menu to the right of their name.
- Select Owner from the list.
- Enter your current password for security verification.
- Click Confirm to complete the transfer.
📌 Once the ownership transfer is completed, you will be logged out automatically, and the new owner will take full control of the account.
