VirgilHR allows you to collaborate with your team by using the Discussions tab inside the chatbot. This feature lets you write comments, tag team members, and reply to their messages directly within a chat.

Using the Discussions Tab

1. Open the Chatbot section from the left navigation menu.
2. Select the chat you want to discuss from the panel on the left side of the page.
3. Locate the Discussions tab on the right side of the chat window.
4. Click inside the "Start a new conversation" box and type your message.
5. To tag a team member, type @ followed by their name (e.g., @JohnDoe).
6. Click the arrow button to send your message.

📌 Tagged team members will receive a notification and can respond within the same discussion thread.

Replying, Editing, and Deleting Messages

You can manage your messages using the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of each comment:

1. Reply to a Message – Click Reply to respond directly to a specific message in a threaded conversation.
2. Edit a Message – Click Edit to modify your comment.
3. Delete a Message – Click Delete to remove a message permanently.

• Not seeing the Discussions tab? Ensure your chat is open and that you have the necessary permissions.
• Tagging not working? Make sure you’re using the correct username format when mentioning a teammate.
• Accidentally deleted a message? Deleted messages cannot be restored. You may need to repost it manually.
