How Do I Edit the Added Policies?

Once a policy has been added to your handbook, you can edit it at any time, whether you’re creating a new handbook or modifying an existing one. Editing allows you to update policy content, adjust formatting, or remove unnecessary details.


Editing a Policy in Your Handbook

1. Access the Handbook Editor

  • If creating a new handbook: You will already be in the Handbook Editor while selecting and managing policies.
  • If editing an existing handbook:
    • Navigate to the Handbook section in the left menu.
    • Select the handbook you want to modify.
    • Click Edit Handbook to open the editor.

2. Locate the Policy to Edit

  • Policies appear in the Handbook Policies section on the left side of the screen.
  • Use the search bar to quickly find a specific policy.

3. Modify an Existing Policy

  • Click the Edit button next to the policy you want to update.
  • Make the necessary changes to the policy content.

4. Save Your Changes

  • Click Save Changes to apply updates.
  • If you want to discard edits, click Cancel to exit without saving.
