How Do I Group State Policies by State?

In VirgilHR Handbook Builder, you can choose to group state policies by state instead of the default alphabetical order. This ensures that policies for each state are clearly separated and start on a new page.

Group State Policies by State

  1. After completing the General Policies section (if applicable) of Create Handbook or Edit Handbook process, click Next.
  2. If you have chosen any states for your handbook, you will be directed to the State Addendum section.
  3. Click the Group by States toggle.
  4. Once enabled, policies will be grouped by state, with each state’s policies starting on a new page.
  5. If the toggle is off, state policies will remain in alphabetical order.
