Submitting Compliance-Related Queries to an Expert

VirgilHR allows you to submit queries to legal experts for guidance on employment and labor law topics. You can create a new query directly from the My Queries section.

Submitting a New Query

  1. Hover over the left navigation menu and click the My Queries tab.
  2. Click New Query (available on the left side or in the center of the screen).
  3. Select the feature related to your query.
  4. If applicable, choose a specific piece of content to attach to your query.
  5. Fill out the query details in the provided fields.
  6. Click Submit to send your query.

💡 You can also reach experts by clicking the profile icon (👤) in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Troubleshooting & Additional Help

  • Need to update a submitted query?

    1. Go to the My Queries tab.
    2. Click View on the query you want to update.
    3. Click Edit on the right side of the Information section.
    4. Modify the title or question, then save your changes.
