How Many Times Can I Contact an Expert?
The number of times you can contact an expert depends on your planโs monthly limit.
- You can submit queries until your monthly limit is reached.
- Once you reach the limit, you can purchase additional expert contacts at $25 per query.
- Query limits reset every month, and unused queries do not carry over.
๐ Your specific limit is determined by your subscription plan.
Checking Your Query Limit
To check your available queries:
- Go to the My Queries tab in the left-side navigation menu.
- At the top of the page, you will see your query usage displayed in the format X/Y available queries:
- X = Number of queries you have used.
- Y = Total queries available for the month.
- This information is located next to the + New Query button.
๐ For example, if it shows 0/1 available queries, it means you have 1 query available and none have been used yet. If it shows 1/1 available queries, it means you have used your 1 query for the month.
