How Many Times Can I Contact an Expert?

The number of times you can contact an expert depends on your plan’s monthly limit.

You can submit queries until your monthly limit is reached.
Once you reach the limit, you can purchase additional expert contacts at $25 per query.
Query limits reset every month, and unused queries do not carry over.

Checking Your Query Limit

To check your available queries:

Go to the My Queries tab in the left-side navigation menu.
At the top of the page, you will see your query usage displayed in the format X/Y available queries:
- X = Number of queries you have used.
- Y = Total queries available for the month.
This information is located next to the + New Query button.

📌 For example, if it shows 0/1 available queries, it means you have 1 query available and none have been used yet. If it shows 1/1 available queries, it means you have used your 1 query for the month.
