How Do I Update My Payment Method?
You can update your payment details by adding a new payment method, setting a preferred card, or removing an existing one. Follow the steps below to manage your payment information.
Adding a Payment Method
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home page.
- Navigate to the Subscription & Payment tab.
- Locate Payment Methods on the right side of the Subscription Plan section.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter the required payment information and click Save Card.
๐ If you already have a payment method on file, adding a new one will not automatically replace the existing one. See the next section below on how to make a payment method preferred.

Setting a Preferred Payment Method
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home page.
- Navigate to the Subscription & Payment tab.
- Locate the Payment Methods section.
- Click Make Preferred next to the payment method you want to use as the default.
- Click Change Card to confirm.
๐ The preferred payment method will be used for all future transactions.

Removing a Payment Method
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home page.
- Navigate to the Subscription & Payment tab.
- Locate the Payment Methods section on the right side of the Subscription Plan section.
- If you have more than one payment method, locate the one you wish to remove.
- Click the Trash (๐๏ธ) icon next to the Make Preferred button.
๐ You must have at least one active payment method on file. If you only have one payment method, youโll need to add a new one before removing the existing one.
